Cloud Forest
Earthy and centering. A textural journey through high-altitude flavors. Profile: Vegetal, Creamy, Aromatic Elements: Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Coconut Water, Lemongrass Syrup, Thai Basil, Aquafaba. The Ritual: Dry shaken to create a thick, meringue-like foam that sits atop the emerald liquid. Finished with a geometric dusting of matcha.

The Silent Orchard
An illusion of simplicity. Crystal clear appearance with a heavy, spiced body. Profile: Crisp, Warming, Savory Elements: Clarified Granny Smith Apple Juice (Milk-Washed), Verjus, Cinnamon Smoke, Star Anise infusion. The Ritual: A "Milk Punch" clarification removes all color, leaving a golden, silky liquid. Served over a diamond-cut ice block with a floating anise star.

Crimson Origin
A celebration of the coffee cherry. Tea-like structure with the complexity of fine wine. Profile: Tart, Floral, Stone Fruit Elements: Cascara Tea Concentrate (Dried Coffee Fruit), Hibiscus Reduction, Yuzu Juice, Sparkling Mineral Water. The Ritual: Served in a stemless Pinot Noir glass to trap aromatics. The rim is dusted with dehydrated plum powder.

The Balck Mirror

Profile: Pungent, Warming, Effervescent Elements: Fresh Turmeric & Ginger Juice, Raw Wildflower Honey, Black Pepper Tincture, Thyme, Soda Water. The Ritual: Served in a tall, slender glass over a single pillar of ice. The rim is brushed with sticky honey and cracked pink peppercorns to stimulate the lips and tongue before the first sip.

The Smoke Velvet
Texture first. A cascading darkness reminiscent of rich bourbon or stout. Profile: Nutty, Woodsy, Savory Elements: Nitrogen-infused Cold Brew, Toasted Hazelnut Essence, Maple Syrup, Non-Alcoholic Black Walnut Bitters. The Ritual: Served straight up in a chilled coupe.
